Alastair joined Essence in November 2011 to lead the Creative Services Practice in EMEA. At that time, the agency was 81 people and had just opened in New York. On 17th Jan 2014 that number was 420+ globally across five offices. During this period of rapid transformation, Alastair’s team has been on a journey of growth and reinvention involving Google, Barclays, Tesco Mobile and Pret A Manger.Before joining Essence, Alastair was Creative Technology Director at Golley Slater overseeing digital creative and design & build for Reed Recruitment, Center Parcs and English National Opera. Alastair lives in London with his wife and no longer owns a foosball table.
